Submit a Request
Head over to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Post
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your package off at any authorized postage location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive an email with your store credit or exchange details within 5-7 business days.
